Right hand man of the true king of Bolgroth

This is the person Enoch Agronoch instructed Rina to kill in their Contract
After reading the Bolgroth Book,
Rina sees 3 options of who this could be.

The True King of Bolgroth is either:

1. Garrison Bolgroth - which means it would be simple, this is who is currently on the throne.
2. Prince Ragnar's progeny - which would be nearly impossible to find as he was killed 2000+ years ago and any offspring he may have had were likely killed as well.
3. Princess Asmery's progeny, and we would need to figure out who that is. It would be whoever rules Asmery - which seems to be the High Cardinal or maybe Luminus itself. If Luminus, then the "Right hand" could be either the High Cardinal himself, or the Fingers of Luminus which represent a hand.
