Rina asked for Sullivan Frey and Pennislovica to establish trade with The Kingdom of Bolgroth as repayment for finishing the Look for her friends mission.
Her reasoning is that Basta'Thrope's border location is cutting Bolgroth off from trade to the south, and from Cofamoso. This is leading to the People of Bolgroth becoming more unhappy, and leading to more conflict at the Basta'Thrope' border. Rina is hoping that this trade will increase happiness of citizens long term, and decrease conflict with Basta'Thrope', where her son Darrian lives.
Sullivan reached out to Garrison Bolgroth who accepted the trade deal. It seems that The bound will be heading up the envoy to work out the trade deal in Bolgroth.
Darrian questions Rina's decision, worried the people may want to go to war or make things worse.
