Get Sprite Light legitimized

This has been a part of Alice and Kin's personal quest since the beginning. They wanted to be members the Sprite Light Coven, but in order for this coven to gain any protections, it needs to be recognized by and voted in by the other covens.
Rina and Aurelius both also became members of this coven after the first part of the Control the Pixie Woods quest was complete.
